ABOUT ME

Returning to Wholeness

I was born not breathing.

From my first moment on earth, life invited me to fight for it. To choose it.

To keep returning to it.

That choice has been the thread of my existence through illness, through loss, through uncounted thresholds of surrender.

As a young child, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. My body became a battlefield, and survival was the only goal for a long time. Hospital stays, surgeries, and near-death moments shaped my early world. Yet through it all lived a quiet resilience that refused to give up, even at the peak of suicidal ideation, when action felt only a thought away.

Healing began as a desperate search for relief, but over time it became something sacred. A remembering. A return to what had always been within me.

Why I Do This Work

We don’t always realize how much we’re holding, especially when we’re the ones others rely on.

Through years of deep practice, ceremony, and service, I learned that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about listening deeply enough to uncover what’s always been there.

In this life I have walked a path of devotion as a yogi, sat ceremony, lived in meditation, given service and guided many facilitations. This work has unfolded slowly, always under experienced guidance and with a lifelong commitment to integration.

In that time, I have sat with ayahuasca in the quiet of the jungle, spirit-walked with peyote beneath desert skies, met with the truth of myself through iboga, opened my heart through huachuma, and listened to the infinite teachings of the many sacred mushrooms of the earth.

These were not achievements or pursuits of power. They were initiations often demanding, always humbling that continue to reveal all that is within me.

I share this not to claim expertise or offer a path to follow, but simply as lived experience. To work like this is not something I recommend or romanticize. It is something I was called to, have honored, carried, and continue to integrate with reverence and care.

What I Offer

With more than twenty years of embodied practice, I hold space that bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, where nervous system regulation meets sacred presence, and where your body can finally feel safe enough to rest, release, and rise.

Together, we create a space for coming into wholeness, the kind that changes everything from the inside out.

In our work together, you may experience:
• Somatic grounding to unwind tension, trauma, and stored emotion
• Nervous system recalibration to restore clarity and stability
• Mind-body alignment that reconnects you to purpose and direction
• Emotional unwinding to release patterns that no longer serve
• Energetic and ceremonial support, rooted in lived experience and held with deep care

This is not fast work. It is steady, sacred work the kind that continues to unfold long after.

Who I Serve

I support visionaries, leaders, creators, and builders who are carrying much on their shoulders. Often while navigating big life transitions, chronic illness, or personal awakenings that demand more honesty, space and deep accountability.

Many of the people I work with have built incredible things, but inside they are quietly holding too much. They are exhausted from giving, striving, or sustaining success that no longer feels aligned.

This work is for those who are ready to come home to themselves to reconnect to their truth, their body, and their original power.

What This Work Makes Possible

When you heal at the level of the nervous system and the spirit,

every part of your life shifts.

Your energy steadies.
Your relationships deepen.
Your leadership expands.
Your creativity returns.
Your body softens into safety again.

And from that wholeness, your success in business, in family, in community, and in service becomes not something you chase, but something that flows naturally from who you are.

This is what it means to lead from within.
To serve yourself first, so that everything you touch is nourished by integrity, clarity, and peace.

If this speaks to something within you, take a breath.
That’s where the work begins.
